Plot

Ray, feeling broke and isolated after six months in vibrant Seattle, makes the choice to return to his dismal hometown, the Region, to complete his senior year of high school. As he settles back in, he rekindles friendships from his past and slips back into familiar routines. The contrast between his new life and the struggles of his hometown forces Ray to confront the challenges of growing up and the weight of his choices, ultimately leading him on a journey of self-discovery and the quest for belonging.
