Plot

Five college friends acquire the old Hokstedter house as their sorority's new residence, snagging it at a bargain due to its bloody history from five years prior. Planning to spend the night before the movers arrive, they quickly feel uneasy as their eccentric neighbor, Orville Ketchum, begins to intrude. After indulging in showers and dabbling with a Ouija board, an unsettling series of events unfolds, leading to a shocking decline in their numbers. As terror creeps in, the night spirals into chaos, forcing them to confront the dark past lurking within the walls.
