Plot

The Violas, consisting of Theodora, Jody, and Carol, find themselves stranded in a quaint southern beach town when their van breaks down during their tour. Meanwhile, local authorities are probing into a peculiar pile of debris on the shore and the sudden disappearance of a young girl's parents, who was discovered wandering the beach in shock. Scientist John Patterson is brought in to assist with the investigation. Both he and local mechanic Hector Garcia become infatuated with Theodora, the band’s lead singer, who appears to be uninterested, possibly due to a hidden past. Hector persuades the band to stay in town by offering to fix their van if they perform at his party, all while a mysterious creature roams nearby.
