Plot

Clark Davis is eager to explore the world, but his dreams take a hit after a barroom brawl damages a café. As part of a plea agreement with Sheriff and café owner Millie, he becomes a farmhand for the struggling Barlow sisters, Ellen and Cassie. While Cassie takes a liking to Clark, Ellen remains skeptical of him, accepting the arrangement only out of necessity. As Clark begins to win Ellen’s affection, a fall leaves him with a serious head injury. Once healed, he faces competition when Ellen’s ex-fiancé resurfaces. Will he pursue his dreams or choose love?
