Plot

Jung-in, a professor specializing in Western psychology, takes a much-needed break from academia by relocating to the countryside with his wife. Eager to connect, they leave a note for their neighbor, who promptly visits the next day at 4 PM. Initially, the couple views this as a friendly gesture, but the neighbor, a doctor, begins to show up daily, disrupting their tranquil life. As his frequent visits escalate, the couple grows increasingly overwhelmed, leading to rising tensions and an unsettling descent into madness. What began as a simple introduction spirals into a nightmare.
