Kisum, the charismatic leader of a biker gang, finds himself enamored with Marcia Little Hawk, a waitress caught in the crossfire of familial loyalty. Her brother, Johnnie, heads a group of American Indians and disapproves of their romance, leading to a turbulent relationship filled with conflict and unexpected alliances. As the two factions temporarily unite against common foes, corrupt businessmen manipulate tensions to reignite their rivalry. Complementing the action, Cream’s catchy "Anyone for Tennis" and Iron Butterfly’s iconic "Iron Butterfly Theme" set the mood. Producer Dick Clark and director Richard Rush previously collaborated on "Psych-Out."
