Plot
Thirteen-year-old Sam Cleary believes that his enigmatic neighbor, Mr. Smith, is the legendary vigilante Samaritan, thought to have died 25 years prior. As crime escalates and the city teeters on the edge of destruction, Sam is determined to draw Mr. Smith out of his self-imposed seclusion. His quest becomes one of urgency, as he hopes to inspire the once-great hero to reclaim his mantle and protect their community from impending doom.
