Plot
Detectives Jonas and Erik travel to the bright, eerie landscapes of northern Norway to solve a murder case. Things take a tragic turn when Jonas accidentally shoots Erik during their pursuit of the suspect, who then flees. To cover up his mistake, Jonas blames the fugitive for Erik's death while obsessively hunting him down. As he spirals into guilt, the relentless daylight exacerbates his insomnia, leading to a disturbing descent into madness as he grapples with the consequences of his actions and the elusive nature of truth.
