Plot

Desperate to resolve his mounting debts, Erik enlists his brother Atli for a risky venture: smuggling cocaine into Iceland. Confident in their plan, they soon encounter a major snag when the young Polish mule they hired struggles to excrete the drugs. As complications arise, Erik's confidence begins to unravel, spiraling the brothers into a chaotic situation fraught with unexpected dangers and moral dilemmas.
