While playing "Reality or Risk," a twist on "Truth or Dare," Alex is put on the spot to name her best friend. When she hesitates to choose between Sam and Clover, the two friends become fiercely competitive in their quest for Alex's affection. Meanwhile, a British tabloid reporter has created a truth serum gas, which he uses to extract juicy secrets from celebrities for his new publication, RagMag. As the spies attempt to thwart his plans, Alex accidentally inhales the gas and discloses WOOHP's existence, prompting the journalist to pivot his strategy and use Alex to seize control of WOOHP.
