After being wrongfully accused and imprisoned in Space Jail, the spies team up with Toby to find a way back to Earth and clear their names. Unfortunately, while making their escape, they inadvertently bring along a sinister stowaway capable of summoning thunder and lightning, which unleashes a violent storm that wreaks havoc on WOOHP.
