Meanwhile, Bailey is on the hunt for new doctors but struggles to find suitable candidates. Owen and Teddy look to advance their engagement plans, while Meredith unexpectedly encounters a vibrant doctor connected to her mother’s past, presenting her with a unique opportunity. This episode serves as the kickoff for a crossover that begins with Station 19 S05E01, titled "Phoenix from the Flame (I)."
