Episode Overview

In January 2009, Billy Wagner was shot and killed in the street in Louisville, struck by a single bullet to the back of his head. After almost two weeks of investigation, Detective Rick Arnold arrested 20-year-old Gary Lindsey on murder charges, but the case was just beginning. During the trial, a young prosecutor went up against an experienced defense attorney, and the jury was left to determine whether the shooting constituted self-defense or outright murder.
