Episode Overview

When a 17-year-old girl is discovered shot in the back of the head in the woods near Katy, Texas, a young man steps forward, asserting he witnessed the incident. Investigators are taken aback by the peculiar agreement he struck with the district attorney. Is this eyewitness being truthful, or does he have a connection to the murder? Meanwhile, the prosecution faces the challenge of persuading the jury that the accused is indeed the true perpetrator.
