The witches of Salem seem to be growing younger each year, but nine-year-old Kate Kendall sees it as an opportunity as she finds a new friend to play with during the summer. However, her parents, Phyllis and Ben, are quite worried about this development and decide to seek advice from the local Reverend regarding the possibility of an exorcism.
