In 2005, the tragic murder of Dexter Collins, a promising young activist, was initially attributed to a botched drug deal. However, a recent lead regarding the weapon's whereabouts prompts authorities to revisit the investigation. They begin questioning a wide range of individuals, from street gang affiliates to Dexter’s rival in the city council race, in hopes of uncovering new insights into the case.
