Episode Overview

In 1978, the team finds themselves in a high-tech brick basement on the North Atlantic coast. Their encounter with a man in overalls turns deadly when he suddenly dies, only to rise again and vanish in a mist. Ascending to the upper levels, they are frozen in place by an alien android masquerading as an elderly woman. The aliens are plotting to siphon Earth's oxygen. Fortunately, Project staff manage a strategic transfer to liberate the team. They flee to a deserted town encircled by an energy barrier, home to immobilized residents. There, Paul and Joan reveal the oxygen theft scheme. Meanwhile, the androids invade the Project base, sealing it and beginning to extract oxygen via the Tunnel. The team must thwart the operation by battling the androids and detonating explosives to obliterate the alien headquarters.
