Following their success in stopping a robbery at Burger World, Beavis and Butt-head take it upon themselves to start “arresting” everyone around them. Their newfound sense of authority leads to a series of misguided and hilarious encounters as they patrol the area, treating innocent bystanders as if they were criminals.
