Episode Overview

In Colorado, a pair of twins creates chaos for their neighbors, leading to double the trouble. Meanwhile, in California, a member of the HOA claims that local kids are zooming around the neighborhood on their bikes at alarming speeds. Over in Carrollton, Texas, officers respond to a noise complaint but end up showing off their dance moves rather than making any arrests.
