Episode Overview

In Chicago, a woman walking down the street becomes furious when she spots a neighbor riding a bicycle on the sidewalk. Meanwhile, in South Carolina, a man confronts a neighbor for occupying a handicapped parking space, claiming she doesn't appear to have a disability. Over in Atlantic City, a neighbor intervenes in a scuffle between two teenage boys, using the moment to teach them about the importance of respect.
