Bugs Bunny hops into Washington, D.C. to attend the big ribbon-cutting for the White House’s brand-new carrot garden. There, he crosses paths with Vice President Leslie P. Lilylegs, a bumbling politician desperate to win the President’s approval. Seeing Bugs as his golden ticket, Lilylegs launches a clumsy, comical chase through the capital, hoping to catch the rabbit and finally impress his boss.
