Bugs eagerly orders a kite online, ready to spend the afternoon flying it. But when the delivery finally arrives, the snail carrying the package refuses to hand it over—or even let Bugs step outside—until he receives a tip for his troubles. Bugs grows increasingly frustrated as the snail holds his kite hostage, insisting on payment before allowing any fun to begin.
