Episode Overview

As the new term kicks off at Waterloo Road, Kim Campbell returns as the new Head of Pastoral Care, but her arrival with a baby in tow and no sign of Andrew sparks rumors among the staff. Her first task is to plan a careers day, but chaos ensues when a glamorous model named Sarah-Leanne shows up, stirring up trouble. Meanwhile, Rachel, Eddie, and Philip are struggling to adjust after Melissa's exit. Things take a serious turn when Kim mistakenly accuses Philip of assaulting a visitor. The careers day, however, inspires Janeece and Chlo, leading Chlo to express her desire to attend university, much to Tom's delight, though Donte isn't as supportive.
