After the gruesome murder of a beloved neighborhood handyman, Don Keefer, Sam uncovers a chilling pattern: the serial killer, known as Jack-of-all-trades, is sending her cryptic messages through his victims, each of whom had ties to her. As Sam grapples with the loss of her friends, her boyfriend Cooper (guest star A. Martinez from "LA Law") and Bailey strive to provide support and ensure her safety. However, they realize they can’t be with her at every moment—unlike Jack, who is always lurking.
