Title: Ambition in the Blood Plot: As Bailey (Robert Davi) fights for his life in an Atlanta hospital, Sam and her team are drawn into a high-stakes investigation of an international serial killer. The culprit, Ashok Dupree, has broken out of an Indian prison and arrived in the U.S. with a deadly plan to murder a celebrity for fame. While pursuing Dupree, Sam (Ally Walker) grapples with her own predicament, striving to prove her innocence in a murder that Jack committed during last season’s finale. Meanwhile, John (Julian McMahon) makes his return to the VCTF, and Bailey's daughter, Frances (Heather McComb), reaches out to John while on the run, seeking news of her father’s condition.
