Episode Overview

The VCTF team is called in to assist with the unresolved murder of a teenage beauty, who was killed a year earlier, with no suspects apprehended. During their investigation, they discover a death row inmate whose method of breaking and entering aligns with the crime. However, Sam is convinced that this convict is not responsible for the murders.
