Episode Overview
When Donald Lucas, the notorious Jack-of-All-Trades killer, manages to access the Internet from his prison cell, Bailey becomes alarmed, suspecting he might be in contact with a follower. This prompts the VCTF to investigate a small town in northern California called Otis, where superstition runs rampant and a string of Jack-of-All-Trades murders has occurred. Teaming up with the quirky Sheriff Ed Post, Sam and Bailey work to track down the suspect. However, George is kidnapped by the culprit, linked to a reclusive professor named Philip Mendez, who is later found dead. The trail leads to an underground lab, where Sam uncovers that her father had previously conducted government-sponsored mind-control experiments alongside Lucas.
