Episode Overview

In a frantic race against time, Rachel and the VCTF team urgently try to piece together a profile of a mysterious sniper stationed atop the dam’s pump house, overlooking a park filled with unsuspecting targets. Their efforts are hindered by the looming threat of explosives that could devastate downtown Atlanta. As the casualty count climbs, John bravely ventures into danger to rescue trapped visitors, while Rachel begins to suspect that the shooter might be an angry husband, whose unfaithful wife (guest star Saxon Trainor) is caught in a compromising situation with her lover.
