Rachel and Bailey delve into a string of murders in Ohio, where the disfigured victims are all unfaithful husbands. They suspect the vengeful boyfriend, played by guest star L.L. Ginter, of a woman, portrayed by Amanda Wyss, linked to all the deceased men—until she presents a shaky confession. At the same time, the VCTF team faces off against a local sheriff eager to join their ranks. Grace grapples with her failing marriage and impending motherhood, while George struggles to recover from a painful car accident that leaves him limping.
