Meanwhile, Danni’s unexpected encounter with her sister and Dr. Cox leads her to decide to stay with J.D. In another part of the hospital, Dr. Cox tries to persuade Turk to perform a kidney transplant for a patient who has been prioritized on the list. However, a lingering personal conflict threatens to influence the outcome of this life-or-death situation.
