Episode Overview

After a series of tragic outcomes in which three patients lose their lives, Dr. Cox turns to alcohol as a coping mechanism. Meanwhile, his colleagues at the hospital rally to support him, all while praising his impact on their lives. On a different front, Turk embarks on his orthopedic surgery rotation but struggles with his attending physician's overly personal approach. In response, J.D. and the Janitor step in to help Turk navigate the situation and develop a better connection with his new supervisor.
