J.D. intends to take Kim out for a romantic evening during their break, but Elliot continuously interferes with their plans. At the same time, Elliot organizes a baby shower in honor of Carla. Perry and Jordan deliver all of Jack's belongings to Carla, creating an emotional moment. To add to the day's surprises, an unexpected pregnancy announcement leaves everyone in shock.
