Dr. Cox is once again confronted by a patient whose puzzling condition has stumped him for two years. Meanwhile, Dr. Kelso must confront a retirement committee after his actual age comes to light. In a bid to retain him as Chief of Medicine, Elliot and Carla scramble to gather support from colleagues who value Dr. Kelso's leadership.
