Title: Fiduciary Responsibilities Plot: During Peter's toga party, a tipsy Richard impulsively vows to appoint Erlich as a board member, a decision he quickly regrets the following day. Meanwhile, Big Head, having been sidelined at Hooli, encounters others who have thrived by contributing very little. As Richard attempts to articulate Pied Piper's vision for an upcoming presentation without Erlich's input, he stumbles upon a surprising link between Peter and Gavin Belson.
