In this Flemish drama, Inspector Paul finds himself entangled in a case that reaches the upper echelons of power. As he faces threats from shadowy figures, he seeks refuge in a monastery where his former superior, Carl Cassimon, has taken solace. Meanwhile, the relentless monitoring and eerie, silent phone calls leave Paul's wife and daughter on the brink of collapse. Desperate for answers, Paul pursues a lead from a list provided by Robijns, just before his tragic suicide.
