Episode Overview

General Skarr struggles with job hunting and learns from a recruiter that he must attend anger management classes to improve his chances. To his surprise, he discovers that Mandy and Grim are also in the same class—Mandy for fixating on the school monitor and Grim for being overly enthusiastic about his work. Their instructor, Larry, is a cheerful, diminutive man who rides a tricycle and teaches them calming techniques, like counting to ten and using safe outlets for their frustrations. When Larry invites Billy to join, the trio manages to keep their cool—until Larry himself loses his temper over a parking spot and ends up getting arrested.
