Episode Overview
Ripley finds his life increasingly complicated as the murder investigation unfolds. The victim, a young man celebrating his stag night, leads to the temporary closure of the arcade for forensic work, jeopardizing Ripley's business. DI Carlisle brings in Ripley's son, Danny, for questioning, convinced that Danny is withholding information and possibly protecting his father. As a hefty tax bill looms, Ripley's friends Terry, Jim, and Adrian, who have invested in the arcade, start to feel anxious. Meanwhile, Natalie agrees to go on a date with Carlisle, oblivious to his role in the murder investigation. Additionally, Shyanne's romantic prospects improve when she reconnects with Steve, despite Ripley's earlier warnings for him to stay away.
