The Eds score some new outfits, but they’re still stiff from being fresh off the rack. Ed and Eddy attempt to loosen them up, only to accidentally wreck the clothes. While dealing with their wardrobe mishap, the Eds catch wind of the "Urban Rangers" and decide to sign up, hoping to snag those impressive uniforms for themselves.
