Meanwhile, Watters learns that his accountant has fled the country with his funds. Shutt refers a patient to Catera, leading to a disagreement about whether she should proceed with a risky surgery. Dr. McNeil takes on the role of Santa and becomes a favorite among the children in the ward. Grad receives her Christmas gift ahead of schedule.
