Episode Overview

In the first part of this two-part story, Jack ventures to Marie-Mere, France, in search of a cursed book known as Lucifer's Bible. This town, revered as a sacred place, boasts a fountain said to heal the ailing. However, a sinister priest named Asteroth possesses the Bible and is manipulating it to fulfill prophecies that will lead to Satan's arrival on Earth. Meanwhile, Ryan reconnects with his mother, as they both grapple with the lingering grief over his brother's death, a tragedy that still haunts Ryan. The episode culminates in a dramatic showdown, with Jack being hurled through a window and falling into a coma after facing Asteroth.
