Episode Overview

Desmond Williams, a film director, is fixated on the role his aging actress wife portrayed five decades ago: the seductive Lili Lita in a film-noir thriller. When he discovers a cursed film reel, he learns he can bring Lili to life by trapping an unsuspecting woman in the movie while it's playing, forcing her to experience the film's tragic conclusion where Lili meets her demise. Simultaneously, the cinematic Lili steps into the real world, where she must persuade Desmond to eliminate his real-life wife to survive. Growing increasingly frustrated with her existence as a mere object, the older actress ultimately shoots Desmond upon uncovering the truth and chooses to enter the film, taking Micki's place to reclaim her youth. With no escape when the movie ends, the cinematic Lili is ultimately erased forever.
