Episode Overview

Ed starts to feel disheartened about what lies ahead and begins to adopt Mike's optimistic views on the future. Meanwhile, Maggie unearths some relics belonging to an ancient woman in her yard, prompting Maurice to propose a large-scale excavation. A young boy who escapes from a survival camp finds work at "The Brick" to support his living expenses and quickly develops a crush on Shelly. In the meantime, Maggie and the other women unite to confront the male-dominated efforts surrounding the excavation at her home.
