Meanwhile, Maurice takes charge of organizing Cicely's inaugural International wheelchair race but places excessive pressure on the racer he's backing. Ed suggests a treatment for a competitor suffering from tennis elbow, but his self-assurance is shaken when the little green man reappears, attempting to sow doubt about his healing skills.
