Dan discovers that Correction Services plans to shut down one of the local halfway houses, leaving only the one managed by his longtime adversary. The rival facility is filled with what appear to be model residents, putting Dan and his team at a disadvantage in this fierce competition. As the stakes rise, Dan must find a way to prove the value of his own house and its residents in the face of overwhelming odds.
