As Joanna celebrates her 42nd birthday, her spirits lift when she mistakenly believes she’s received a locket from Lyndon, when it's actually a gift from the ever-affectionate Dr. Alan Statham, complete with his own quirky "love juice." Meanwhile, Guy is busy ranking the female staff based on attractiveness, a move that doesn’t sit well with Dr. Caroline Todd, who responds by crafting her own unflattering assessment of the male staff—though Guy relishes being the overall top scorer. In another corner, Boyce and Martin employ the CT scanner to locate cash hidden in crisp packets, while Boyce can't resist teasing Dr. Statham about his sexuality. Caroline, on the other hand, is adjusting to the lively atmosphere of Angela's active love life and her constant harp playing.
