Episode Overview

Eight weeks have passed since Guy hijacked the ambulance, leading to a dramatic cliffhanger with Mac and Martin. Mac remains in a coma, drawing a steady stream of concerned visitors, while Guy struggles to handle the reality of having slept with his own mother. She, in turn, is dealing with the relentless teasing from her colleagues at work. Meanwhile, Martin is thrilled about having a new brother and has taken things a step further by kissing Karen, even going so far as to engage in some tongue action!
