A group of Chinese tourists finds themselves held captive on a bus by a disgruntled former police officer. As the hostages and their captor engage in tense negotiations, the Manila police struggle to devise a rescue plan. Their efforts prove futile, exacerbating the situation and putting the lives of the tourists in even greater peril.
