James Coburn guest stars as a cunning German spy posing as an American soldier to infiltrate a U.S. Battalion HQ and sow chaos. After the jeep he’s riding in hits a land mine, Coburn's German officer sustains injuries. Saunders and his team bring him, along with two other German infiltrators, back to their Company HQ for medical assistance. As they tend to the wounded, Saunders starts to notice inconsistencies in Coburn's behavior, as he makes subtle errors in his speech and interactions with the other men, raising suspicions about his true identity.
