Jake, Izzy, and Cubby decide to plan a surprise birthday celebration for their parrot friend Skully. At the same time, Captain Hook hatches a scheme to steal Skully’s presents for his own hookday celebration. It falls to the pirate crew to track down and reclaim Skully's birthday gifts before Hook can get his hands on them.
