Skully comes across Izzy's vibrant hipster twister hoop, which lights up with every twist and wiggle. At the same time, Mr. Smee unintentionally damages the steering wheel on Captain Hook's vessel. To obtain a new wheel, Hook instructs Never Bird to steal Izzy's twister hoop. Will the pirate kids manage to reclaim the hoop from the clutches of the Never Bird?
